Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Rumrly at rumrly.in. By creating an account or using the tools, you agree to them.

The service

Rumrly provides go-to-market tools and free calculators. Some tools connect to your own accounts (Gmail, HubSpot) with your permission. We are still building Rumrly, so features may change, and anything marked “preview” or “coming soon” is not a promise of a delivery date.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under it. Give us accurate information, and only connect accounts you’re authorised to connect.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Rumrly to break the law or infringe someone’s rights.
• Don’t use it to monitor competitors’ sites in a way that violates their terms, to scrape at abusive volume, or to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, or access data that isn’t yours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of what you put into Rumrly. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to run the tools for you. How we handle it is in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party data

Some tools read public web pages, public ad libraries, news feeds, and community forums. That content belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms. Rumrly’s output is information to help you decide, not advice, and not a guarantee of accuracy.

Availability and “as is”

Rumrly is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its findings are complete or correct. Free tools rely on free-tier limits from our providers and may be unavailable at times.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rumrly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (which, on the free plan, is nothing).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. You can stop using Rumrly and delete your account at any time. We may end or limit the service with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
